Offers multi location registration and re-registration facilities which covers telephonic registration, normal registration, and accident / emergency registration. It captures patients demographic as well as other relevant information. Allows automated retrieval of patient record for follow-up patients. Generates bar-coded patient ID card as well as label for patient file with a unique ID number which is used in all future references. Generates registration fee invoice and collection statements for audit purpose and automatically posts the individual bills to the accounts module.
Corporate patients can be registered by choosing the Company name. There is provision for consultation with or without appointments as well as view the previous consultations made. This module tracks the consumption of reagents in various forms like liquids,pellets,powders,strips etc…for the various tests done in the laboratory. Since it takes into account the average consumption per test it will help in ascertaining the approximate stock balance derived from the tests done. The stock can be reconciled and managed effectively through the module and helps to control extensive use and cost.

Results obtained from machine is directly communicated to HIS and relayed to all terminals in the hospital. Settings for lab tests can be done from any terminals of the HIS Machine usage, Reagent usage, Quality control and other check parameters are directly available on the HIS. Interfaces any lab machines which has an external data output port like RS 232C (serial port), Parallel port, USB, etc. Interface can be done even with machines like Beckman Coulter CX5, Elecsys 1010, etc. With the help of a single system we can interface about 6 machines through serial ports and a server which manages the data base.

itself (Kitchen Order Ticket). Prefixed package meals also are provided
and the billing is done through the HIS itself. The KOT status for the
day of a particular patient can be viewed and we can even have a glimpse
of the items, prepared quantity vs sales quantity.
